We strive to process your orders in shortest time possible. Your order will be dispatched within 2 - 3 business days from the paid date. However, there may be delays sometimes during busy periods. But, we will try our best to deliver your orders as soon as we can.  

 

Free shipping is only applicable for purchase over RM150 within Malaysia only.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

CUSTOM & DUTIES

Twinkle Planet is not responsible for any customs, duties or import fees associated with receiving your order Customs and duties are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. 

 

BACKORDERS & PREORDERS

If your order contains an item that is on pre-order or backorder, it may not ship right away or it may be automatically split into multiple shipments. 

 

OUT OF STOCK 

Inventory system can sometimes have errors and discrepancies. If you have successfully placed an order but items were not in stock, we will notify you and refund your payment within 2-3 business days. 
 

EXCHANGE & RETURNS 

Your satisfaction is our TOP priority. We understand how frustrating it can be when the baby clothes you purchased no longer fit your baby. That's why we offer exchange and full returns for the item, exclusive of the return shipping fee for the item. You may request an exchange or return  within 30 days of receiving your order from us.

We accept exchange or returns of New, Unused, and Unwashed product with label tag in salable condition with a receipt from twinkleplanets.com. In addition, if you request a return, we will process a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date. To help ensure a smooth and timely refund process, we kindly suggest including the original packaging and payment receipt with your returned product.

WARRANTY

We prioritize maintaining the high quality of our garments and understand that occasional defects may arise in various batches of stock, which can be outside our direct control. Nevertheless, it remains our duty to ensure the quality of each garment we produce. As a testament to our commitment, we provide a 180-day warranty on the functionality of our baby essentials. If you encounter any issues or have questions, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team.

CANCELLATION

We will make every effort to assist you, but please keep in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are optimized for fast and efficient processing. Once your order has entered the shipping process, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.
